Jessica Cornell is the Executive Director of Employer Partnerships and Business Development for the Learning Enterprise at Arizona State University. In this role, Jessica leads the strategy, partnerships, and programs that connect organizations to ASU's learning solutions, helping organizations invest in their people through learning solutions built for the future of work.
Jessica brings 25 years of experience building go-to-market strategies, enterprise partnerships, and workforce solutions across EdTech, SaaS, and staffing. Prior to joining ASU, she served as Lead Consultant at WGU Labs, the innovation and venture arm of Western Governors University, where she led go-to-market strategy across multiple new product lines. She also advised early-stage EdTech and workforce ventures on fundraising, growth strategy, and operational processes. Earlier in her career, Jessica built and managed a $100M+ education workforce portfolio at Kelly, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, K-12 districts, and higher education institutions on long-term workforce strategy across eight states.

Outside of work, Jessica is an animal lover, fitness enthusiast, and avid traveler who also enjoys reading and creating art with oil pastels.
