JC Porter serves as Director for Commuter Services, which includes oversight of the bicycle program, alternate transportation options, the walk-only zones, PTS IT group, permit sales, enforcement, maintenance, events and appeals. He came to ASU in 2014 after eight years at Boise State University where he oversaw the bicycle program, customer service, appeals and finance.
JC graduated from BSU with a bachelor’s degree in biology and is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking. He serves on the city of Tempe Transportation Commission, Board Member on the International Parking and Mobility Association (IPMI) and a ParkSmart assessor for the GBCI.
