Portfolio Asset Manager for University Realty, an affiliate of ASU Foundation. The position involves managing the current Foundation real estate asset portfolio, the acquisition and redevelopment of all new Foundation properties, as well as the evaluation and disposition of all Foundation asset donations. Brad works closely with Development Directors of each college, along with outside RE brokers and asset managers to increase the Foundation real estate portfolio. University Realty has more than 1,000,000 sq ft of vertical development and over 3,000 acres of horizontal development under management. Brad is active in ULI and NAIOP, currently a facilitator for ULI's UrbanPlan program for high school students.
Brad holds a real estate license with the State of Arizona, and has over a decade of expertise in the site selection process for the mixed-use, industrial and multi-family sectors.

In private life, Brad has been married for 25+ years to his wife, Lisa. They have two children: Nick, graduating ASU/Barrett Honors College/W.P. Carey Business School ‘18, and Liz, attending University of Northern Colorado/Musical Theatre. He grew up in Centralia, MO. Brad has been active in coaching numerous youth sports teams, and also volunteers his time to community organizations, such as: St. Vincent de Paul, Andre House, Junior Achievement, 77 Missouri HOA, Brophy Prep Lacrosse Board, Greasepaint Theatre, & Valley Youth Theatre. He is also active in local grassroots political activities, twice elected as Precinct Committeeman.
