Rylie Seidl

Rylie Seidl serves as a Program Manager for Universal Learner Courses (ULC) within ASU’s Learning Enterprise, where she oversees a portfolio of Science, Math, Agriculture, and Conservation courses. In this role, she leads course design and delivery operations to ensure learning experiences are high-quality, scalable, and learner-centered.

A proud alumna of Arizona State University, Rylie holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Health and a Master of Public Health from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, where she specialized in Disaster Management. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Transborder Studies at ASU, focusing on the effects of border policies on healthcare and other support workers. Her research reflects a broader commitment to understanding how systems shape access to care and support.

Rylie’s professional background includes work with the International Rescue Committee’s Survivor Team and serving as Director of COVID-19 Protocols. She joined ASU in 2021, beginning in housing as a Senior Program Coordinator before transitioning to the College of Health Solutions as a Program Manager for Experiential Learning.
