As the Senior Director of Academic Research in the Action Lab, I coordinate efforts to study the efficacy of innovative programs on the enrollment, persistence, and success of ASU Online students, particularly in light of ASU's Charter. I bring over 20 years of experience from the academic sector where I was primarily interested in how climate change impacts life on our planet. My strengths are focused on experimental design, statistical analysis, and computational modeling using modern tools in the Python and R ecosystems.
