Hello! My name is Kianna Mattie and I am a Faculty Associate in the ASU School of Social Work. I grew up in Arizona and earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Northern Arizona University before completing my Master of Social Work at Arizona State University.
Throughout my social work career, I have worked across both acute medical and outpatient mental health settings, providing critical clinical care and leadership. My clinical background includes serving as an Assistant Clinical Director, providing outpatient therapy, and delivering health care social work services within hospital settings. Today, I operate a virtual private practice, Elevate Mind N Motion, where I specialize in providing individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, OCD and overall personal wellness.
I am thrilled to be a part of the ASU School of Social Work community and look forward to supporting and guiding the next generation of social work professionals!
