Long Bio
Ally Glow is a Senior Instructional Designer for the School of Life Sciences at Arizona State University, where she supports the Teaching and Learning Center’s mission to enhance teaching excellence through design, coaching, and faculty development. She collaborates with faculty to create meaningful, accessible, and data-informed learning experiences that align with ASU’s Charter and promote student belonging, persistence, and success.
Before joining the School of Life Sciences, Ally worked at ASU Preparatory Academy, where she led cross-disciplinary teams in curriculum design, instructional coaching, and professional development. Her work centered on creating barrier-free, inclusive learning environments that empowered both students and educators.
Ally brings nearly a decade of K–12 experience to her role, with deep expertise in literacy instruction, project-based learning, and teacher mentorship. She earned her B.A. in Secondary Education (English) from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Learning Design and Technology, also at ASU, with an anticipated completion in 2026.
Passionate about the intersection of design, pedagogy, and accessibility, Ally believes that education should not be an obstacle course. She is dedicated to collaborating with faculty to design innovative learning experiences that remove barriers and foster student growth in every modality.
