Melanie O'Neil

Melanie O'Neil has been affiliated with ASU since 1998; initially as a graduate student, and later as a field liaison, field instructor, faculty associate, staff member, and Assistant Teaching Professor. She is a graduate of the ASU Master of Social Work degree program and the PhD program. She has been employed in the community in the areas of adult education, early childhood education, early literacy, and child welfare, specifically foster care and adoption. She is an Associate Teaching Professor and Associate Director for Student Services and Programs for the Arizona State University School of Social Work. Melanie is passionate about the high-quality education of future social workers.
