She has designed and developed global programs including career development systems, succession planning, performance management, mentoring, onboarding and talent development programs. Angelique is also a skilled leadership and career coach who have coached over 500 full-time and executive MBA students at Thunderbird School of Global Management. A very creative, energetic and collaborative facilitator, She facilitates global career management, leadership development programs and workshops.
