Olivia Crose is a Project Manager at the University Design Institute at Arizona State University.
In her current role, Olivia oversees the successful implementation of a portfolio of projects in higher education and specializes in onboarding new clients. She has experience implementing, launching and managing project plans to create efficient processes and lean operations. She ensures that the goals and objectives of the projects are achieved in accordance with the strategic vision, priorities, timelines, and allocated budget.
Prior to her current role, Olivia worked at the Office of University Affairs as a Project Manager on the Institute for Thriving Planet and the Peoples project (Waolani). A project of ASU, Conservation International, and Nia Tero designed to create a new education model so that the next generation of conservation leaders are prepared to meet the challenges that lay ahead.
Prior to that, Olivia worked at Thunderbird School of Global Management for 17 years. She was responsible for delivering pilot programs with new clients. During her tenure at Thunderbird, she also spent time in business development and key account management roles. She managed one of Thunderbird’s largest Oil and Gas client. She worked closely with the client to understand their needs and engaged the appropriate Thunderbird resources to meet client’s unique objectives and customer satisfaction goals. She helped create and develop programs that enhanced clients’ impact on business results.
Olivia is originally from Uccle, Belgium. In 1984, her family moved from Belgium to Switzerland. Olivia and her family lived in Switzerland for about 11 years before moving to the U.S.
She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Management and has lived in Arizona since 1998.
