Adam Rigoni is a product of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. There he earned his bachelor's with highest distinction and high honors in philosophy and political science and went on to earn his J.D., as a Jentes-Darrow scholar, and his doctorate in philosophy. His research interests include legal reasoning, legal philosophy, precedent in the common law, logic and artificial intelligence, classics, and the law of unjust enrichment.
Professor Rigoni's work has been published in Legal Theory, Artificial Intelligence & Law, The Washington & Lee Law Review, The Journal of Philosophical Logic, and a number of edited collections. He has taught courses in Ethics, Business Ethics, Law & Philosophy, Political Economy, various introductory courses in Philosophy, and Barrett’s signature two semester course, The Human Event course.
