Long Bio

Cemil S. Geyik (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.S. degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree from Arizona State University in 2023, both in electrical engineering. Since 2013, he has been with Intel Corporation, Chandler, AZ, where he is currently a Staff Signal Integrity Engineer in High-Speed IO team. His research interests include applied electromagnetics, modeling and characterization of high-speed interconnects and technology development for microelectronic packaging.

Dr. Geyik has authored over 30 journal and conference papers, and holds 14 U.S. patents. He received the IEEE EPEPS Best Paper Award in 2023. Dr. Geyik also serves as a Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) Industrial Liaison for academic research projects.
