Long Bio
Mr. Pierce has been teaching CON 496 - Construction Contract Administration at the Del Webb School of Construction since 2006. He is a lawyer who is General Counsel at Suntec Concrete, Inc., and formerly practiced construction law with the law firm of Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek PLC. He has authored published articles and other materials on issues such as construction warranties, construction insurance, public private development partnerships and various other construction related topics.
Mr. Pierce is married with four children and lives in Mesa.
