Kaitlin Decker works in the areas of instructional design and English language teaching and teacher training. She has worked at educational institutions in Tanzania, Colombia, Ecuador, and the United States. She holds a Master’s degree in TESOL from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Her recent presentations focus on considering culture in online course design and delivery, using AI in the classroom, and developing courses aligned with the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) guidelines.
