Chris is the Contact Center Solutions (CCS), Manager. He has achieved over twenty-four years experience in higher education and fifteen years in the aviation sector. Chris currently handles the on-boarding of new services and support initiatives and management of the CCS platform software.
Chris has accumulated over twenty-three years of leadership experience in management. He possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills with thirteen years of experience in executive management as a Director of IT. As a Director of IT, Chris led and developed a large scale technical support infrastructure, the leader in setting the IT department vision, mission and culture and was the executive leader in many multiple high-profile projects.
For over thirty-six years, Chris has been directly involved in leading and delivering innovative technologies to various organizations. This includes establishing and maintaining a lucrative computer business from 1986 through 1996 by buying, selling and supporting personal computers in the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area. In 1996, Chris left Nashville, Tennessee and moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he is employed by Arizona State University. Due to his managerial experience, technical expertise and excellent customer service skills, Chris has quickly advanced professionally by receiving multiple promotions within the ASU organizations. He continues to work with various schools and departments that are focused in expanding their technical services within the University and in shifting support resources to better manage customer relations with the University's constituents.
