I am a Sun Devil through and through, having earned both my BSW and MSW from ASU, as well as my Master’s in Public Administration and Certified Public Manager designation. I recently retired from the Department of Child Safety after holding various positions during the past 21 years in both direct practice, management, and administration. I am currently a supervisor for Childhelp’s child abuse prevention hotline, where I started as a counselor 19 years ago. I enjoy volunteering to support international fellows through ASU’s Mandela Washington Fellowship and Empower International. Through these programs, I have been privileged to mentor and host professional fellows from several countries in Africa, as well as Germany, Indonesia, and Russia. When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, camping, and movie/game nights with my family, as well as activities and events as a member of Junior League of Phoenix.
