I am a Bay Area native raised in San Francisco and then in San Jose, CA for college. I am an alumna of San Jose State University holding a degree in Sociology/Criminology with a minor in Recreation and Leisure. I graduated from ASU with a Masters of Science in Family & Human Development. I have over ten years working in education and I am currently an Admissions Coordinator for ASU. I am very much interested into food, wine, fine dining, history, nutrition, health, diversity, international travel, cooking, world geography, education, and bilingualism. I believe we must all be cultured, well-rounded, well traveled, and speak at least two languages. I can read Spanish and Italian. I am passionate about higher education and my purpose in life is to encourage others to follow their dreams and lead them towards the path of excellence.
