Gayla is the Assistant to Deans in The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She has served as an employee since 2000, in which she provided administrative support for Arizona State University. The start of her career at ASU began in the SUMS Institute within the Math department, in which she was responsible for supporting the Math Science Honors summer camp. Over the 19 years of her employment at ASU she has gained a tremendous amount of work experience and expertise of ASU policies and procedures.
She originally hails from Washington State but has been living in the Southwest for the past 30 years. She enjoys spending time with her three children and five grandchildren.
