As the Manager, of Information Technology at ASU, I lead and oversee the front-facing Learning Management System (LMS) support team. My core responsibilities involve ensuring the smooth operation and effective user support for ASU's LMS, impacting staff, students, and faculty. This includes managing my team, optimizing support processes, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the overall user experience and adoption of the LMS across the university.
