I spent the last 34 years working in State Farm Insurance Companies Engineering Department in multiple leadership roles. Career Coach, Full stack Software Engineer, IT Product Manager, IT Project Manager, and Employee Mentor. I thrive on helping others find their best career niche. Prior to State Farm, I originally went to college to become a registered nurse and worked for 3 years in the Emergency Room at a larger teaching hospital in Central Illinois.
