Justin Harding leads Instructional Design and New Media for ASU Online programs. Working with a team of instructional designers, multimedia developers and learning technologists the group supports the ASU online learning platform that incorporates the latest in educational technology with learning theory and information design.
He researched and implemented the TEACH (Technology Education and Copyright Harmonization) Act resource for ASU Online to inform and guide educators on best practices for using media in online courses. He has involvement as a certified workshop trainer and peer reviewer for Quality Matters, a leading quality assurance program in online education.
Justin holds a B.A. in broadcasting from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, an M.S. in graphic information technology and an M.Ed. in education technology. A lifelong learner he has a graduate certificate in project management.
