Danielle Feroleto is the owner and founder of Small Giants, a full-service marketing firm established in 2006 to serve the commercial real estate and construction industries. Small Giants is the largest woman-owned agency of its type in the nation. In 2021, Small Giants was named Small Business of the Year by the Phoenix Business Journal.
Feroleto was recognized as one of the most Influential Women of 2021, a 40 Under 40 alumni, one of Arizona's 20 Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate (2014), and was named one of Phoenix Business Journal’s 2016 Most Outstanding Women in Business. Feroleto is also a five-time recipient of the Sun Devil 100 award (2018-2022) and a member of the Executive Committee for the Industry Advisory Board at ASU’s Del E. Webb School of Construction (DEWSC). She is also an associate faculty member at DEWSC, teaching marketing for construction undergraduate/graduate level courses and serving as a guest lecturer at the W. P. Carey School of Business’s Master of Real Estate Development program. She has been a mentor and led a mentorship program through the Society for Marketing Professional Services for many years.
She serves on boards and committees for the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women, Valley Partnership and Arizona Builders Alliance. She presents and teaches at a regional/national level for the American Institute of Architects, ICSC, Associated General Contractors and Women in Construction Association. Feroleto has served as a board member of the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center and the Foundation for Blind.
