Emma serves as the lead evaluator for a portfolio of more than 10 educational programs and as a consultant on an additional 30 government, social-service oriented, and educational programs. In these roles, she advises on and leads the drafting of program evaluation plans and associated logic models and theories of change; the creation of qualitative and quantitative data collection instruments; the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data; and the presentation of visually appealing and informative findings via reports and presentations. Using a utilization-focused and strengths-based evaluation framework, Emma works closely with project leadership and program stakeholders to tailor thoughtful evaluations which further bolster programs’ efforts to meet or surpass their described objectives.
