Long Bio
Laura Roosevelt currently serves as a high school English Language Arts instructor for the Dysart Unified School district. She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Portland Concordia University (2016). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education, with an emphasis in English, from Grand Canyon University (2012) - Suma Cum Laude. She also has a Child Development Associates, Northampton Community College, Bethlehem, PA (2005). Laura Roosevelt’s career endeavors have included; educational experience in early childhood development and secondary education, site coordinator for a non-profit organization, peer mentor coach for educators, English Department chair, curriculum, assesment, and academic interventions development committee member, and an Innovation Ambassador for the Dysart Unified School district.
