Long Bio
Jorge Muñoz is an Administrative Associate with Arizona State University’s School of Social Work. He supports academic and operational processes across multiple programs, including course materials coordination, faculty evaluations, admissions workflows, and student support services.
Jorge is a nontraditional student whose academic journey is shaped by real-world professional experience and a strong commitment to student success. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Digital Audiences and is continuing his graduate studies in Marketing. His academic interests sit at the intersection of psychology, digital strategy, and audience engagement, with a focus on how institutions communicate, support, and retain diverse student populations.
In addition to his work at ASU, Jorge is a creative professional and founder of JM Media, where he works on digital storytelling, branding, and content strategy. He also hosts La Neta, a podcast centered on cultural identity, lived experience, and personal growth within the Latino community.
