Ashley Bates joined the ASU Enterprise Brand Strategy and Management team as a student worker. After completing her master's degree in user experience at ASU, Bates started her position as an associate UX researcher for the Digital Brand Creative team within the Brand team. Bates is responsible for conducting usability testing on ASU's websites, gathering and reporting insights to stakeholders, and helping manage the team of student workers within the UX Team.
Bates is passionate about understanding and creating meaningful experiences for users of any product. In this role, Bates enjoys diving deep into the data and using various techniques to better understand the user.
