Dillon Butler serves as an Executive Administrative Support Specialist at Arizona State University. In this role, he assists the Vice President and Executive Director of Strategic Technology Initiatives in facilitating public-private partnerships that leverage the university's capabilities to address local, state, and national strategic problems. Before joining ASU, he served at his alma mater, West Virginia University, where he learned the transformative power of higher education through a study abroad experience in Japan. Dillon holds a Master of Higher and Postsecondary Education from ASU where he developed a strategic playbook for university leadership to guide future international engagement efforts. Dillon is driven by advancing student-centered initiatives, and his current work leverages his education and extensive higher ed experience to advance ASU’s academic and industry partnerships to develop new study and internship opportunities.
