I have over 30 years experience providing customer service; the first 15 were in the restaurant industry, & now over 20 years in higher education; specifically at ASU. As an Assistant Director in Human Resources, I have the opportunity to use my customer service skills daily, & truly enjoy being able to provide assistance to others.
