Katherine is a PhD student at the Morrison School of Agribusiness in the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Universidad de la Sabana and a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from Louisiana State University. While pursuing her PhD degree, Katherine also obtained a certificate on Environmental and Sustainability Economics from the School of Sustainability at ASU. Her current research interests are in consumer behavior, impact of food labeling and food marketing.
