With a Master’s degree in Education and nearly two decades in senior-level instructional design and management, he has been instrumental in shaping online learning experiences at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
Throughout his career, Michael has specialized in LMS administration, instructional technology integration, and course development. He has led numerous course-building projects, implemented innovative teaching tools such as VoiceThread, PlayPosit, and Yellowdig, and played a key role in outcomes assessment and digital learning initiatives.
