Jessica Debiase

Dr. DeBiase is a Senior Program Manager on the Youth Entrepreneurship team. As a proud member of the Knowledge Enterprise and J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute, she works alongside a respected team to bring leadership in the development and implementation of goals and strategic vision for the Verizon Innovation Learning Lab Program. In this role, she contributes with strategic, programmatic, and managerial responsibilities to build and deploy a scalable, high impact school model, and supports the engagement of educators and students across the country in experiential emerging tech labs using project-based and tech-infused curriculum.

Dr. DeBiase has served across public, private, and non-profit sectors—including ASU’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, University College, Junior Achievement of Arizona, Grand Canyon University, Empower Consulting, the American Council on Education, edTPA, Ashford University, Rio Salado College, the University of Phoenix, and Mesa Public Schools. She brings 20 years of experience teaching, coaching, consulting, facilitating, and leading across P–12 and higher education, and has supported 30+ Arizona districts through various engagements. Her work centers on teacher preparation, clinical practice, dispositional development, career readiness, entrepreneurship, special education, diverse learners, and STEM. She has presented at 25+ national and international conferences, led multiple grant-aligned initiatives, contributed to university and state committees, and co-authored several publications. Her efforts reflect a deep commitment to creating educational experiences that promote positive, equitable outcomes for all students.
