Dung Le is the Country Program Manager working for International Technology Security and Innovation (ITSI) program at Arizona State University’s Representative Office in Vietnam. In this role, she leads the planning, coordination, and execution of ITSI activities across Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Her work spans a range of programs including the Workforce Accelerator Network, the Semiconductor Faculty Certification (SFC) Program, and the Advanced Technology Platform (ATP) online learning portal.
Dung works closely with in-country coordinators, academic institutions, industry leaders, government agencies, and U.S. Embassy representatives to ensure programs are aligned with national priorities and deliver meaningful impact. She manages stakeholder relationships, tracks progress against program goals, oversees budgets and logistics, and supports regional teams in delivering high-quality, collaborative initiatives.
With nearly a decade of experience at ASU, Dung has previously served in roles focused on university-industry partnership development, applied curriculum implementation, and STEM education innovation. She brings strong project management skills, a deep understanding of Southeast Asian education systems, and a commitment to fostering inclusive, future-ready workforce development.
Dung holds a Master’s degree in TESOL from Victoria University (Australia), a Bachelor’s in English Literature from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
She is passionate about building sustainable partnerships that empower students and educators to thrive in an evolving global landscape.
