Tinkerbelle Dougherty is a Case Coordinator in the Office of University Rights and Responsibilities, SVPGC. She is a former Court Reporter and Legal Secretary in local government in New York. Her earlier career was as a Director of Marketing for a national pharmaceutical distributor.
