Ralph R. Oroquita IV is a United States Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience in financial management, organizational leadership, and comptroller operations. During his Marine Corps career, he served in a variety of financial management and leadership positions, including assignments in Okinawa, Hawaii, Maryland, Illinois, and California. His responsibilities included reimbursable and expenditure accounting, general accounting, financial management, and service as a Comptroller Chief responsible for multimillion-dollar organizational accounts. He also served as a distinguished Small Arms Weapons Instructor and completed numerous military leadership and professional-development programs. From March 16 through October 21, 2021, he participated in Operation Inherent Resolve, the U.S.-led military campaign against ISIS in Iraq and Syria. His military recognition includes the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and other unit and personal awards. He is continuing his education at Arizona State University with academic interests in psychology, communication, and technology.
