Melissa Jones is the Administrative Associate for the Employee Assistance/Employee Wellness office. She serves as the gateway for faculty, staff and their dependents who are seeking professional counseling services in connecting them with a provider for support, resources and care. She schedules counseling appointments, conferences, university meetings and routes callers to the appropriate department for assistance. Melissa provides administrative support and business operational support to the director and professional staff at the Employee Assistance Office.
Melissa brings with her many years working in healthcare related fields providing exceptional and caring customer and office support. She adheres to professional standards of ethics and confidentiality with a knowledge of HIPAA compliance. Her mission here at ASU is to support the health and well-being of the ASU workforce.
