Long Bio

Joanna is an instructional designer with Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation. She began her instructional design career at the college in 2023 as an instructional designer associate before joining the W. P. Carey School of Business as an instructional designer supporting the School of Accountancy. She later returned to Mary Lou Fulton College, where she develops engaging and accessible learning experiences for online students. Joanna holds a master’s degree in Learning Design and Technologies from ASU and brings eight years of experience as a special education teacher to her work. She is passionate about using technology, accessibility, and research-based teaching practices to help all students succeed.
