Leah received her MS in Coastal Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2014. Her research has focused on fish and macroinvertebrate ecology in salt marshes and desert streams. After studying desert streams and managing both John Sabo's Stream Ecology lab and Dr. Nancy Grimm's Urban and Streams Ecosystem Lab, Leah has transitioned into a new role within Global Futures Laboratory Office of Research Development in fall of 2022 and is now a Project Coordinator.
Leah received her MS in Coastal Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) Gulf Coast Research Laboratory in 2014 and her Bachelors of Science in Marine Biology from USM in 2009.
