Long Bio

Paola [ p ah - OH - l ah ] is an Arizona native and a first-generation college student and graduate. She is passionate about helping other first-generation students thrive in their college career; this is connected to the work that she is currently doing at the Student Success Center. She got her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the ASU West Campus in May 2021 and is currently working on her Masters of Higher Education and will be done this upcoming December 2023. Throughout her time as a Sun Devil she has gotten the opportunity to work with diverse student populations creating space to gain knowledgeable experience and continue growing in DEIAB work. Currently at the Center Paola manages part of team of the LEAD Program Student Success Coaches and helping them succeed so they can support first-year students in the classroom.
