Anna Hartman is the Director of the Dean’s Office, Strategic Initiatives at Arizona State University’s College of Health Solutions. She directs strategic priorities and collaborates with senior leadership to advance university wide goals aligned with the college’s mission to improve health outcomes in Arizona.
Her background bridges public health, research, and higher education administration. She previously served as a Public Health Fellow in ASU’s Knowledge Enterprise, Office of the Vice President for Research, where she supported initiatives related to pandemic recovery and resilience, youth mental health, public health communication, and social vulnerability through the Arizona Health Improvement Plan. She worked closely with health partners across the state including health departments and community health organizations.
Anna holds a Master of Public Health in Applied Epidemiology and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior. She is especially inspired by spaces focusing on strategy, operations, and cross sector collaboration to advance public health impact.
