I have been teaching Business and Programming courses for over 20 years. My passion is computer programming and engineering. I love designing applications that automate the boring tasks and let me focus on creative tasks and helping people.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. I thought I wanted to be a doctor until I discovered that I faint at the sight of blood. I moved to Business and discovered that I get bored very easily so I started automating all my tasks. I used Lotus 123 (remember that spreadsheet?) and then moved to Excel. I transitioned to MS Access and then added VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming and then Visual Basic programming. Over a three year period, I took my entire job and made it a single click of a button. This automation netted me three promotions and a job that I designed (Project Manager and National Trainer). I have been hooked on programming ever since.
I have a Master's degree in Project Management so I can lead software development teams as a System Engineer. In addition, I have a second Master's degree in Computer Science for the credentials. It is important to get your education and credentials to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for software development.
My personal life is challenging and fun. My wife and I have been married for 28 years. I have two kids (15 yrs old and 16 yrs old). I enjoy building computers and learning new things about technology. I love how technology is advancing so quickly now! Does anyone remember the days before Google? How did we survive back then???? Self-driving taxis are available now in some ciities. In addition, Elon Musk keeps promising that self-driving cars will be available to all of us very soon:

I find that the more you learn in technology, the more valuable you become to your present company and any future companies that you join. Study hard, devote the time required, and learn software development and engineering. I am here to help you succeed!
