Rhonda Willis serves as an Office Supervisor in the Office of the Vice Provost for Arizona State University’s West Valley campus and Dean of the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, where she supports administrative operations and initiatives that contribute to the student and campus experience.
She holds a Master of Science in Psychology (Positive Psychology) from Arizona State University, earned with distinction, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Grambling State University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Rhonda is also a certified LivingWorks safeTALK instructor, trained to provide suicide alertness education that helps participants recognize individuals who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide and connect them with appropriate resources.
