Long Bio
I have been with Fulton Schools of Engineering ASA (Academic Student Affairs) at the Tempe location since June 2021. I started as a Student Success Coordinator within Student Success and Engagement was promoted to Coordinator Senior and since September 2023 I have been a Career Development Specialist within ASA's Fulton Career Center at the Tempe Campus.
From 2017 - 2020 I worked worked with Trio - SSSD Tempe as a Student Support Coordinator at ASU working with undergraduate students with disabilities. Trio helps with tutoring services, advising, peer mentors, organizational support and offer study rooms and free printing. The goals of Trio are to help students stay in school, have good academic standing and get to graduation and beyond. I then was promoted to an Access Consultant in 2021 in the DRC.
I worked at a non-profit called Presbyterian Childrens Homes and Services as the Program in various capacities from 2009 - 2017. My final position was Director for the Single Parent Family Program and Transitional Living Program (for children who had recently aged out of the foster care system) . The goal of the program was to help single parents and their children with housing, life skills, furthering their education, nutrition, career services and overall support to help them have hope for a better future.
