Swetha Ganesan is a Research Project Manager at the College of Health Solutions. Ms. Ganesan has a Master's degree in the Science of Healthcare Delivery which has helped her to excel in process improvement methodologies. She possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills that have been a great attribute in leading and assisting with many projects. Her special focus is on working with substance abuse initiatives within Arizona as she has led projects in collaboration with the Maricopa County Jails and Correctional Health Services to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services for incarcerated individuals. She
has also been instrumental in leading various projects in collaboration with other
organizations to implement and evaluate substance abuse prevention methodologies in
Arizona. Ms. Ganesan is an exceptional coordinator and a great collaborator with not only
her co-workers but with different professionals and partners as well. She has proven to be
an essential part of the Translational Research Team as well as of the College of Health
Solutions.
