Jesus brings a strong background in public health, program coordination, and community-based research, with experience in participant recruitment, data tracking, and qualitative analysis. His work has centered on empowering under-resourced communities through equitable access to health and social resources. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Jesus has conducted independent research on the impact of policy and rhetoric on healthcare access among immigrant communities in Arizona and contributed to laboratory research on solar-powered water purification technologies. In his role with AW4A, Jesus will support data collection and analysis efforts across diverse research activities, helping advance solutions that ensure fair access to safe and sufficient water for all Arizonans.
