Ramona Ramadas

Ramona's innovative solutions and thought leadership are driven by over a dozen years as a healthcare provider and leader, as well as an early, multi-year career working on award winning software solutions in the tech industry.  Ramona frequently serves as a clinical advisor to organizations interested in whole-patient care and transformational team models.  She is well-versed in Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking  methodologies and draws on her deep experience and diverse methodology capabilities to deliver consumable and adoptable recommendations.

Ramona has instructed in NYU's Masters in Nursing Informatics program, has developed and delivered curriculum for COPE Health Solutions Care Coordinator Scholar program, and has led the role and curriculum development for New Trails Navigators Peer Health Navigator role.  In addition to her work as part of the ASU Online Faculty, she is the Founder of New Trails Navigators and is a consultant in the healthcare industry.

Ramona holds a BSN from New York University, a BA in History from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master's in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University.  She has also completed a certificate in Product Management from the University of Washington.  She maintains active RN licensure in Washington State.
