Jennifer Schulte serves as the Director of Human Resources and Academic Personnel for the John Shufeldt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering within ASU Health, which recently earned preliminary accreditation and was renamed in honor of Dr. John Shufeldt. In this role, she supports faculty and academic professionals across the school, advancing personnel processes and initiatives that foster academic excellence, organizational alignment, and faculty success.
Jennifer joined Arizona State University’s New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences in 2017, bringing a diverse background in business, education, and human resources. Before joining ASU, she co-owned and managed a successful real estate brokerage, taught business and marketing courses, and developed expertise in leadership, communication, and process improvement.
In addition to her administrative leadership within ASU Health, Jennifer teaches IAS 300: Resilience and Career Strategies, a course focused on helping students apply psychological and sociological principles to strengthen well-being and career success. Her dual roles reflect her commitment to developing both faculty and students through mentorship, innovation, and people-centered leadership.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, an MBA from Arizona State University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University.
