Program Manager – Arizona State University
As a Program Manager for ET Affairs, I design and lead culture initiatives that shape how organizations operate, collaborate, and lead.
With more than four years of experience in organizational and cultural development — and over six years at Arizona State University — I specialize in creating, launching, and overseeing initiatives that strengthen leadership, alignment, and workplace culture at scale.
I previously served as Program Manager for the T4 Leadership Academy, where I led strategy, program design, and execution for a university-wide leadership development initiative. Today, my work centers on designing and operationalizing culture-focused programming that drives collaboration, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across ASU.
My experience spans:
• Organizational and cultural development strategy
• Leadership program design and implementation
• Cross-functional stakeholder alignment
• Large-scale conference and executive event leadership
• Experiential learning and engagement design
In 2025, I co-presented at NCCI alongside Danielle Batol Steele on ASU’s Collaboration Corps, sharing our work in building intentional, values-driven workplace culture. I have also supported and led culture-based experiences at major conferences including Engage 2025.
I hold both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University, grounding my culture work in strong strategic and operational foundations.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: culture is not accidental — it is intentionally designed, measured, and sustained.
