Her work supports digital communications across email, web, mobile and SMS platforms, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency and strategic alignment.
Isabella partners with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, develop content and evaluate engagement performance. Her background in journalism, editorial leadership and digital marketing informs her ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable communication.
Before joining Student Success Innovations, Isabella led content strategy and digital marketing initiatives as an editor and marketing account manager, refining brand voice and optimizing campaigns across platforms. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a political and social justice reporter, strengthening her research, interviewing and storytelling skills. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.
