Saudia Rodriques-Hill currently serves as the Senior Program Manager at Arizona State University’s Office of Clinical Partnerships, where she leads complex collaborations between ASU and prominent clinical institutions across Arizona.
In this role, she oversees the development and management of clinical training agreements, memoranda of understanding, and academic affiliation contracts. Saudia works closely with university colleges, legal counsel, and risk management teams to ensure partnerships align with institutional policies while supporting student learning, faculty engagement, and research advancement. Her work plays a key role in bridging the gap between academia and healthcare—enabling meaningful initiatives in clinical training, internships, research, and continuing education.
Prior to joining ASU, Saudia held pivotal roles in medical education and healthcare system coordination. As a Residency Coordinator at District Medical Group, she supported fellowship and residency programs. Earlier, as a Student Placement Specialist at HonorHealth, she implemented web-based onboarding tools, improved procedural efficiency, and coordinated student clinical placements across multiple institutions. Her contributions expanded student access to hands-on training opportunities.
Outside of her professional career, Saudia is deeply committed to community engagement. As a Business Coordinator with Beehive International, she supports the planning and execution of community health seminars, church events, and webinars.
