Dennis Bonilla is a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Baltu Technologies. At Baltu, Mr. Bonilla is creating human-centered tools to augment and improve the future of work. Over 20 years of technology experience, Dennis has helped develop software and decision support systems for NASA and other U.S. agencies, created groundbreaking data visualization systems, and served in roles supporting committees advising U.S. President Barack Obama about options for future human space flight.
At Arizona State University, Mr. Bonilla is the instructor for AME 494 "Designing the Illusion of Reality". This course covers the development of experiential and interactive media systems, primarily focusing on video games. The class exposes students to the cross-disciplinary skills needed to create video games and immersive interactive applications. Screenings provide students with examples and historical context. Critical discussion allow students to engage in class. A game outline script and an interactive project demonstrates the student's comprehension of the course material.
